Hi there, I'm Periwinkle! I was rescued with 7 other rabbits when a backyard breeder no longer wanted us and was "getting rid" of us. Luckily, another local rescue got all of us out and away from a worse fate. I was living outdoors in a wire-bottom hutch with little protection from the elements. I was likely used to breed over and over again. I'm the only one who came to Hug-a-Bunny (but don't worry, the rest of them are safe too!) and I'm so happy in my new foster home! I'm a stunning black and white french lop. I am pure bred (we know this since I have a tattoo in my ear) and I have incredibly soft fur. Even after all I've been through, I'm still sweet and docile. I was recently spayed so I'll never have another litter of babies and I'm working on my litterbox skills. After all I've been through, I may not want to bond to another rabbit (would have to be a neutered male regardless) so I'd love a home where I can be cherished as the princess that I am!
