Hi, I'm Cherry Blossom! I was rescued on April 22nd, xxxx when a nice woman saw me abandoned and truly saved my life! Right after Easter, I was seen hopping around a local sports complex- right near a train track, a very busy main road, a filled parking lot, two baseball fields, and a ton of children! I was hopping around and would come close to people but not close enough to be picked up. Many kids were surrounding me and I was scared. Thankfully, a woman knew to keep the kids away, got in touch with the rescue, and waited there until they got to me! Within the hour, a Hug-a-Bunny Rabbit Rescue team of four was on the scene and got me into safety. I was skinny and scared, but that only lasted for a little bit! As soon as I got home into my warm foster home, I had a big bowl of pellets and tons of hay and greens waiting for me! I thought maybe I was in heaven. I still kinda feel like that today!
I'm a sweet girl and I'm as friendly as they come! Every time my foster mom walks towards me or past me, I stick my whole nose out of the cage! I love to be kissed and petted and I'll close my eyes while you pet me and tell me how beautiful I am! I'm already perfect with my litterbox and love to lay on the shelf in my cage! I'm a bigger girl (and still may be growing, everyone things I'm young) and will definitely need a lot of room to stretch out, so I'd do best living in an exercise pen where I have lots of room to stretch out. I have a great appetite (making up for lost time) and will eat timothy-based pellets, timothy hay, and dark leafy greens! I'm quite the explorer and would love to have lots of space to roam! I was spayed and now I'm ready for my very own "forever home!" I know I deserve the best and can't wait until I have a safe loving place to call my own!
